Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Specialized Salesforce Consultant to join their team! This position is located in Ballwin, Missouri.

Duties:

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations
• Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems
• Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff
• Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues
• Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables
• Understands technology and Salesforce capabilities, able to analyze technical aspects
• Connects with business stakeholders, providing recommendations based on Salesforce knowledge to align solutions with business goals and identify technical debt
• Acts as a Business Analyst for initiatives, including requirements gathering and solution definition
• Participates in the User Management and Governance (UMG) project, assisting with close-out and ongoing management
• Participates in a long-term project to clean up and rebuild contact records in Salesforce
• Explores automation opportunities for renewals and other processes
• Engages in an Agentforce workshop with Salesforce to identify AI use cases for sales support

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Must have specialized skill listed under specializations tab
• Ability to independently solve problems and drive tasks to completion
• Awareness of Agentforce or willingness to learn via Trailheads is preferred
• Bonus if able to read backend Salesforce code (e.g., Apex) for deeper analysis

The approximate pay range for this position is between $55.00 and $65.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
