Job Description

Our client is seeking a sharp, technically savvy Senior Financial Analyst to help modernize how financial data is communicated across the business — building out visualization capabilities and enabling more intuitive, impactful reporting. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the details but can also distill data into clear, strategic insights. Key Responsibilities: Drive the development of financial dashboards and data visualizations (PowerBI, Alteryx, Vena integration) to enhance reporting clarity and decision-making Perform in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support executive leadership, with direct visibility to the CFO and CAO Partner closely with accounting and operations leaders across domestic and international business units Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders Play a key role in improving how financial reporting is presented, shared, and understood across the organization Support upstream oil & gas business performance analysis, focusing on cost structures, KPIs, and operational metrics Qualifications: ~4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance/accounting roles ~ Strong Excel skills required. ~ Demonstrated expertise in PowerBI, Alteryx, or similar data tools ~ Solid understanding of upstream oil & gas cost structures and performance drivers is preferred
