Superintendent – Water/Wastewater Construction

Location: Kansas city

Full-Time | Permanent

We’re hiring an experienced Superintendent to lead large-scale water and wastewater treatment plant projects from the ground up. If you’ve got deep field experience, can manage complex crews, and want to be part of something long-term — we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing all phases of plant construction from sitework to commissioning
• Managing crews of 50+ including subcontractors and self-perform teams
• Being hands-on in the field (expect 60% site, 40% office)
• Coordinating layout using total station and GPS
• Leading work on vertical/horizontal formwork, dirt work, and large-diameter piping
• Maintaining a sharp eye on safety, quality, and schedules

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years’ experience in wastewater or clean water plant construction
• Strong background on projects valued at $25M+
• Deep knowledge of concrete formwork, excavation, and piping systems
• Proven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced environments
• Someone who’s practical, proactive, and thrives in the field
