Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-end multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family and mixed-use developments, leading teams effectively and maintaining strong client relationships Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during the construction process.
- Lead on-site teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications - BS in Construction Science or similar preferred
- 7+ years Experience in high-end multi-family construction
- Proficiency in project management software
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Local to South Boston
