Assistant Superintendent Job Description:

• The Assistant Superintendent will be an integral part of a team that oversees the construction of Ground up Multifamily Construction projects valued at $30M and above.
• The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for project quality control, subcontractor coordination, daily logs/project documentation, safety, and inspections.

Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily subcontractor project assignments
• Ensure a safe workplace that meets company standards and OSHA requirements
• Schedule and monitor material deliveries
• Perform daily quality control walks
• Create punch lists for trades on each phase of construction
• Organize city inspections
• Maintain job site paperwork: daily reports, material order and delivery, employee safety certifications
• Effectively collaborate with clients and other team members, engineers, architects, inspectors, and city officials
• Attend project status meetings and assist in problem solving efforts

Assistant Superintendent Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the construction industry as an Assistant Superintendent working on largescale Multifamily projects ($30M+)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Timberline, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project

Job Type:

• Full-time

Salary:

• $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
