Role :- Guidewire QA Test Lead

Location: Schaumburg Illinois 60196– two days onsite required

Duration: 12-month contract to hire

As a QA Test Lead you will:

• Lead and execute end-to-end testing strategies for Guidewire Policy Center implementations, ensuring comprehensive validation of policy administration processes, rating, and underwriting rules.
• Perform requirements analysis, author functional test cases, and execute test cases while understanding the testable software requirements
• Apply knowledge in testing tools and automation testing
• Recommend scope of work for automation testing and plans are in place to implement and execute automation test scripts
• Execute/maintain automated scripts and troubleshoot/fix. Coordinate the updates with Test Analyst(s) as needed. Defect Management, including logging and reporting of defects
• Lead testing for Client’s transformation initiatives and / or application portfolios
• Test management, communication, metrics, and status reporting, including identification of risks and escalation of issues to the project team and / or Client
• Obtain approval from Client for all deliverables as per the defined acceptance criteria
• Prepare test summary reports for each software release targeted for production
• Coordinate work with onshore / offshore team members as needed
