Our state-of-the-art TikTok studio is the hub for producing viral, high-quality content, and we’re looking for a creative and driven individual to join our fast-paced team.

About the Role

As our TikTok Video Producer, you’ll lead the creation of engaging, trend-driven TikTok content directly from our fully equipped in-studio environment. Collaborating with our creative team and live sellers, you’ll produce high-quality short-form videos that showcase our products, boost brand visibility, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production:
• Produce TikTok-specific video content, including short-form videos and creative product demonstrations
• Use trending audio, effects, and storytelling techniques to drive engagement and maximize virality
• Film high-quality content using professional studio equipment
• Creative Collaboration:
• Work closely with live sellers, creators, and the internal marketing team to conceptualize and execute TikTok campaigns
• Guide creators during filming to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and performance goals
• Studio Management:
• Manage studio resources, including lighting, cameras, and product inventory for shoots
• Keep the filming space organized and production-ready at all times
• Platform Expertise:
• Stay current with TikTok trends, updates, and best practices to keep content fresh and competitive
• Optimize content for TikTok’s algorithms, focusing on engagement and conversion metrics
• Performance Tracking:
• Monitor TikTok performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions)
• Provide insights and feedback to continuously improve video quality and performance

Qualifications

• Experience:
• 2+ years in video production, social media content creation, or a related field
• Hands-on experience creating successful TikTok content (personal or professional)
• Creative Skills:
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s features, trends, and audience behavior
• Ability to craft engaging, authentic, and visually appealing content
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or TikTok’s native editing tools)
• Familiarity with professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording
• Other Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Knoxville, TN, with a flexible schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $45,000–$60,000/year (based on experience)
