Job Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Time card Administrator to work with our partner located in St. Petersburg, Fl who specializes in Aviation services.

Here is what you will get:

Pay Rate: $25-$35/hr DOE

Duration: 3-6 month contract

Here is what you will do:

  • Manage and process employee timecards to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Verify timecard entries for completeness and accuracy
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in timekeeping data
  • Maintain and update timekeeping records in accordance with company policy
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to support payroll operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding timecard issues or corrections

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and timecard management.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and timekeeping systems (e.g., ADP, Kronos, Paycom).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
