We manage brand communications across a wide variety of product categories from television and home entertainment, to appliances, phones, and more. We are seeking a traffic manager for our team. Ideal individual will have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. They will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and track open jobs
  • Review, revise and track SOWs for each role/ jobs open
  • Organize and task daily efforts with each BU
  • Maintain TICK records to ensure all time spent on projects is within budget and along with SOW
  • Regularly make and track burn reports for the team (Usually monthly report)
  • Ensure all retainers are up to date, and trackable by employee’s time spent
  • Review purchase orders and/or vendor invoices to properly submit to AR team
  • Review Smartdata and RAMP
  • Record and track miscellaneous expenses regularly to ensure everything is within plan and budget
  • Review and reconcile each project with each BU team
  • Create billable invoices & backup
  • Review all pending A/R and A/P payment schedules and ensure they are properly recorded within the system
  • Rollout / train PMS to all employees
  • Manage PMS postings of all expenses
  • Communicate with client if needed

QUALIFICATION:

  • 3+ years of related experience in budget management
  • Skill and experience to thrive in a fast pace environment
  • Extremely detail- oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and management multiple projects in a deadline- driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and willingness to work in multiple settings
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
