Job Description

Role: UI/UX Designer 3

Location: Preferring they are in office Westminster, Colorado office ; Peoria, Dallas, Chicago are ok as well. (Hybrid 2-3 days a week)

12 months contract (W2 only)

Pay Rate: $55-$57/Hr on W2

Position’s Contributions to Work Group :

• Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)
• Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)

(Desired)

• Knowledge and/or experience in enterprise mobile application experience.

Soft Skills

(Required)

• Knowledge and/or experience in equipment mgmt. or adjacent industry such as Oil & Gas, Fintech or etc.

Considerations For Top Candidates:

• Experience designing for enterprise applications specifically
• Someone who is a UX ‘generalist and not necessarily specialist
• Someone with a lot of mobile experience and wanting to continue on mobile technology
• A collaborator, someone who is not afraid to jump in and speak up while learning
• Someone who has developed excellent/expert technical skills, meaning Figma, and still wants to grow in their career

Education & Experience Required:

• Degree and/or Equivalent ( 5+ years’ experience in User experience )
• Equivalent is equal to 10+ years working in User Experience; or Certification in UX through a program such as, HFI or General Assembly, and 5+ years working experience in User Experience
