Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA preferred with 10+ years of experience in merchandising, retail consulting, or senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record in leading organizational change and integrating innovative concepts into business practices.
- Strong interpersonal and influential skills with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Creative problem solver with a record of capitalizing on market trends to drive business success.
- Experience managing P&L responsibilities in complex business environments, preferably in B2B settings.
