The Metiss Group is looking for a collaborative Videographer to bring our mission to life through polished, engaging video content. This is a full-time, in-office role in Davidson, NC, designed for someone who thrives in a supportive team environment and seeks opportunities to continuously grow and innovate.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Full-cycle videography experience (concept to completion)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in video production (lighting, sound, composition, editing)
• Excellent interviewing and communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies
• References highlighting relevant skills and achievements

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with our Storytelling Specialist on video concepts and develop compelling storyboards
• Produce two high-quality video pieces per week that align with our brand
• Manage video production, including planning, shooting, and editing
• Monitor and apply analytics to optimize content impact (e.g., SEO, engagement)
• Lead the production of monthly webinars
• Design and enhance website graphics as needed
• Support our Storytelling Specialist
• Embrace lifelong learning (e.g., new tools, apps like HubSpot)
• Analyze results and adjust approaches to meet strategic goals
