Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support t. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage email correspondence and calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

• Handle data entry, document preparation, and file organization.

• Conduct research and compile reports or summaries as needed.

• Assist with social media management, content updates, or basic customer inquiries.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, or project timelines.

• Perform other administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, or similar tools.
