Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working from the comfort of your home? As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll play a key role in supporting our Data Enrichment team by managing important tasks for our healthcare clients. You'll be held to high standards of quality and will help ensure our data enrichment processes are top-notch.
What You'll Do:
Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as needed.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
Verify information from third-party sources using online databases.
Review and complete enrichment tasks according to client specifications and training.
Perform data entry, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of all tasks.
Be open to taking on additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
Comfortable working on both voice and non-voice processes.
Experience in call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Available to work 40 hours per week and start immediately.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle process and information changes.
Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Ability to support a work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection.
Proficiency with computers is preferred.
