Job Description

Position: Warehouse Associate

• Fully onsite role
• 6 month contract (possible extensions to potential conversion)
• 6:45am – 4:45pm (1st shift)
• Pay: 22-23HR based on experience

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Must Haves:

• High School Diploma, Associates, or Vocational Training Degree/ work
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports in conducting defined quality checks and adjusts line processes as necessary to meet specifications and standards, defined by the company, and ensure product quality .
• Helps handle materials efficiently into production machines and processes to sustain smooth operations.
• Removes, packs, and organizes raw materials or finished products in adherence to prescribed procedures. Supports waste disposal activities, ensuring compliance with organizational waste removal and recycling policies to maintain cleanliness and sustainability.
• Cleans production equipment and work areas regularly to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination.
• Operates machines and performs assigned tasks under direct supervision, maintaining a focus on achieving output targets.
• Demonstrates basic understanding and adherence to established personal safety, security, and environmental practices to ensure a secure work environment.
• Follows prescribed procedures and guidelines, promptly recognizing and communicating any issues or problems to appropriate personnel while complying with workplace health and safety instructions.
