Pay Range $32.50 - $34.50 DOE.
Description:
The Contract Warehouse Associate will be responsible for inventory management, control of raw materials and components, and support for overall Warehouse Operations including shipping and receiving. The role will be responsible for executing Warehouse operations at the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
•Manage and execute material movement and handling including internal movement, manufacturing kitting, and sampling.
•Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to provide and maintain inventory levels for stakeholder processes in the Released warehouse.
•Material requisitions & staging area replenishment
•Receipt of newly received components/materials to include entry in the IMS and put away.
•Physical inventory management to include cycle counts and expired material discards.
•General Housekeeping and 5S maintenance of Warehouse and Manufacturing Support areas.
•Monitoring of the receiving dock and support the handoff of outbound shipments.
•Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
•1+ years of related experience in a GMP warehouse or 3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry
•HS Diploma or GED completion, higher education preferred

•Good verbal and written communication skills.
•Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP requirements
•Demonstrated competence with computer systems, particularly inventory control software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
•Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physical or Other Requirements:
•Moves equipment &/or supplies weighing up to 33 lbs. within the facility using various body positions. Up to 60 lbs. with assistance
•Must be ability to be on your feet for up to a 12-hour shift
• Ability to work the hours necessary to support a 24/7 continuous manufacturing operation
