Location: Honolulu, HI

Type: Right-to-Hire (Temp-to-Perm) — Will consider Contract Only

Schedule: 32 hours per week, Monday–Friday, Onsite

Pay: $20–$21 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support payroll production operations onsite in Honolulu. This role involves printing, packaging, and preparing payroll checks and vouchers for delivery. Full training will be provided — no prior experience is required. This position offers the potential to transition into a permanent full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain printing hardware and inserting equipment
• Print, insert, and package payroll checks, vouchers, and reports for distribution
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all outputs meet standards
• Sort completed packages by vendor for delivery
• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, log production data, and place service calls when needed
• Adapt to changing work schedules and production demands
