The Warehouse Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient stock control, and supporting overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient stock handling and storage.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management review.
- Assist in the organization and optimization of warehouse space.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Support warehouse operations with general duties as needed.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 25lbs
