Warehouse Manager

Location: Buena Park

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our food-grade warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, and OSHA standards while maintaining efficient inventory and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
• Ensure all activities comply with FDA regulations, GMP protocols, and OSHA safety standards.
• Lead and train warehouse staff on food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate ERP-based inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Oversee audits and inspections, ensuring the warehouse is always audit-ready.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and OSHA regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
