**Job Description**
Acts as shift supervisor and coordinates activities of workers engaged in outbound receiving of product, including verifying and keeping records on outbound shipments, and preparing items for picking/loading and managing product throughput throughout the facility.
Job Responsibilities
* Reviews outbound schedule, and other records to determine receiving priorities, work assignments and equipment required to meet receiving schedules.
* Oversees container loading activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of pallets.
* Responsible for leading his/her shift in the efficient processing of freight including picking, checking, staging and shipment for all customers. Ensures all BOL's are completed in a timely manner.
* Inspects material handling equipment for defects and notifies maintenance personnel or contacts outside service facility for repair.
* Responsible for the safety and proper use of material handling equipment used by shift personnel.
* Responsible for the adherence and execution of standardized procedures
* Responsible for the correction and accuracy of all work performed under his/her supervision
* Understands and applies Company policies and procedures
* Maintain good housekeeping in area and adhere to established Company Safety policies at all times.
* Bilingual a Plus English & Spanish
* SAP and RF Experience
* Serves as an example to subordinates and enforces all applicable safety rules

**Qualifications**
* Must have 1 year previous supervisory experience
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Must be able to obtain forklift license though the Company
