Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to keep our warehouse and material flow running at peak efficiency. As the Material Planning & Warehouse Supervisor , you’ll oversee daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control while leading a team that ensures materials move safely and accurately from dock to production. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor at this new manufacturing plant!

This is an Onsite position based in the Irving, TX area.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Lead warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and material planning.
• Manage a team of 10+employees (scheduling, timekeeping, performance).
• Ensure accurate ERP (SAP) transactions and timely processing of materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and problem resolution.
• Drive efficient material flow to production and manage returns/restocking.
• Enforce safety, 5S, and standard work practices across all warehouse areas.

Requirements include:

• 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience for a Manufacturer.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems is ideal.
• Familiarity with Barcode Scanners, RFID tags is important.
• ERP, WMS, Lean, Kanban experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer applications.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
