2ND SHIFT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

LOCATION Chicago Metropolitan Area

COMPENSATION $73,000 - $92,000

COMPANY TYPE Global Food Manufacturer

MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct all activities in the distribution center for second shift operations.
Lead daily warehouse meetings and participate in management discussions.
Manage team member compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Act as a key stakeholder for safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
Oversee and enforce compliance with all governmental and food safety regulations.
Develop, lead, and implement continuous improvement initiatives for the department.
Manage department payroll, inventory control, and labor efficiency cost savings.
Serve as a main point of contact for sales, finance, customer service, and production.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline is required.
Extensive working knowledge of current food safety regulations, including HACCP/SQF.
Computer skills within an ERP system and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Advanced communication skills to develop, coach, and mentor team members.
