**Warehouse/Inventory Supervisor (2nd Shift)**

Job Summary
The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor is responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels within the warehouse, adequate WIP levels on Production floor, and training of new employees. The incumbent works closely with the Quality Department.
Major Responsibilities
* Maintains adequate inventory levels to meet customer demands.
* Maintains the warehouses physical conditions through general cleanliness and organization, as well as layout and design in a way that will ensure maximum space utilization.
* Performs cycle counts of product inventory on a regular basis.
* Performs daily audits of all put-aways.
* Performs daily audits of random warehouse areas.
* Investigates and corrects discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories.
* Leads investigations into root cause and action items associated with variances.
* Prepares for future initiatives, e. g. 2nd shift order pulling, plant expansions, etc.
* Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisor to schedule outbound orders.
* Coaches Material Handlers and Order Pullers as needed.
* Communicates regularly to Warehouse QC Technician on tasks and expectations.
* Maintains Quality database.
* Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Skills Required
* High school Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
* 3-5 years warehouse inventory experience preferred.
* Proficient in the use of ERP.
* Proficient with MS Office Suite Excel, Word, Outlook.
* Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Prior stand-up forklift experience a plus.
