Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Wastewater Leader , you'll be responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of wastewater projects, ensuring technical excellence and quality across all stages. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and Manage Wastewater Projects: Oversee wastewater treatment, conveyance systems, and infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality design and performance.

  • Team Leadership and Mentoring: Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff. Foster a collaborative and positive environment while promoting professional growth for your team members.

  • Client Interaction and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert technical advice and ensuring projects meet their needs and expectations.

  • Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Review designs, plans, and specifications to ensure quality, accuracy, and innovation.

  • Collaboration on National Projects: Work alongside other technical experts across the country to deliver wastewater solutions for municipal, industrial, and commercial clients.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in wastewater engineering, including project management and team leadership .

  • Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes , conveyance systems, and infrastructure design.

  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both clients and internal teams.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is highly preferred.
