Salary: $30/hr (will go up to $37/hr after 60 days)

Qualifications:

• Ensures welders adhere to customer specifications and ASME code
• Possesses a strong understanding of proper welding safety protocols
• Potential for a raise after 60 days based on performance
• Work schedule: 5x10-hour shifts and an 8-hour shift on Saturdays

Responsibilities:

• Manages welding staff to meet quality standards, efficiency metrics, and safety protocols while coordinating across multiple fabrication teams.
• Facilitates daily toolbox meetings, ensures safety audits are completed, and oversees welding training, machine maintenance, and production goals.
• Works with Quality Control to resolve welding issues and ensures accurate documentation of production and scrap reports in Odoo and daily meetings.
