Job Description

ProductSpace Solutions Inc. ( has an immediate opening for a Mid-Level Technical Consultant position. A background or understanding of IT applications for Engineering/Manufacturing domain is preferred. ProductSpace specializes in providing product development and process consulting solutions to discrete manufacturers and product designers across a range of industries.

Primary Responsibilities

• 4 to 5 years of experience in Windchill Implementations (Greenfield and Brownfield) involving Windchill architecture, solution design and development along with Creo
• Able to define solutions for PDMLink, ProjectLink, CAD connectors & other Windchill Modules
• Experience in small scale data Migration and Windchill Upgrade
• Experience in solution development, workflow and testing
• Technical solution preparation for new functionalities and Implementations
• Experience in Integrations from and To Windchill
• Study assigned functional specifications, analyze and identify impact of specifications
• Raise queries, seek resolution from different stakeholders and provide required support to develop the proof of concept (if needed)
• Develop coding as required in the project, author unit test cases for the specific solution
• Capture and fix defect, retest the areas during testing and warranty phase
• Provide ideas for process optimization or value additions, share them with the relevant stakeholders
• Contribute towards knowledge base like user manuals, installation scripts, manuals and reuse all types of knowledge resources

Desired Candidate Profile

• US Citizen
• At least 2 years of PLM PTC Windchill implementation/development/Consulting experience
• Has PDMLink experience
• Education background is preferably computer Science
• Should be able to engage with customers to understand requirements and convert into design specification
• Ability to guide junior team members or developers in build/test phase
• Experience in PLM PTC Windchill that includes configuration, customization and data model
• Ability to understand customer requirement and able to drive the project efforts
• Excellent communication skills, Good team player, and Analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Adapts, shares knowledge and best practices
