In this role, you’ll manage multiple client accounting projects simultaneously while serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact. You’ll oversee full-cycle accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and ensure timely, accurate reporting using QuickBooks Desktop. This position requires consistent collaboration with both clients and internal teams to provide strategic insights and drive efficiencies in day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting experience, including hands-on work with QuickBooks Desktop (ProAdvisor certification preferred or willingness to obtain). Prior experience in a consulting environment or client-facing role is required, along with strong project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; familiarity with other accounting software and CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
