Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support for our team and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner
• Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and basic reporting
• Support office supply inventory and order management
• Provide general administrative support to team members and management as needed
