Your New Role

They’re currently hiring for an Assistant Superintendent to support commercial projects in Washington, DC, and another for data center projects in Loudoun County, VA. You’ll support field operations, coordinate with subcontractors and foremen, and ensure quality and safety across diverse project types including fit-outs, renovations, historical restorations, and high-tech data centers. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to leadership and a clear path for advancement.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 2+ years as an Assistant Superintendent with a commercial GC, or
• 4-5 years as a Field Engineer or Foreman with strong site experience
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to complete it in the first week—company-paid)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, especially for Loudoun County projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field from a reputable institution is a major plus
• Long-term mindset: looking to grow within a company that invests in its people
• Ability to commute across the DMV region (DC, Herndon, Manassas, Leesburg)
