We’re now seeking a   Barback  to support the Latin-inspired craft cocktail program and experience at ¡Salud!

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable barback to support our bartenders and help bring our new craft cocktail program to life. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced barback ready to step into a high-end craft environment, or someone eager to learn the foundations of a great cocktail program. Learning opportunities will be supported and encouraged. You’ll work closely with our bartenders and managers, helping with prep, organization, and bar support to ensure service runs seamlessly. Opportunities for advancement & professional development will be offered as well as possible cross-training with daytime concept and availability of daytime shifts.

Key Requirements

• Previous barback experience preferred but not required
• Fresh juice and craft program a big plus
• Desire to learn a MAJOR plus
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Availability for nights and weekends, possibility of morning availability 
• Ability to lift and move cases and supplies as needed
• Must be 21+ and have (or be willing to obtain) valid **RBS certification** and **Food Handler’s Card

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock and organize bar supplies (liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, garnishes, etc.)
• Assist bartenders during service to ensure quick, smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness behind the bar and in storage areas
• Change CO₂ tanks safely and efficiently
• Remove trash and recyclables throughout the shift
• Assist with closing and setup duties before and after shifts
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
