Job Overview

As the Building Envelope Group Leader, you’ll lead a team of experts in delivering high-impact waterproofing and building envelope solutions. You’ll manage complex projects, drive business development, and serve as a technical authority in the field. This is a high-visibility leadership role with significant growth potential, competitive benefits, and the opportunity to make a national impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage building envelope projects from concept through completion
  • Building Enclosure Evaluation (water intrusion and air leakage, roofing failures, structural evaluation, and facades) and PCAs
  • Building Enclosure Performance Verification Testing (including ASTM D4541. E779, E783, E1105, E1186, and other standards as required)
  • Develop and maintain client relationships; drive business development and sales
  • Provide technical oversight on waterproofing, roofing, façade systems, and related scopes
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
  • Collaborate across disciplines and offices to deliver integrated solutions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing building envelope projects
  • Strong business development acumen and client-facing skills
  • Deep understanding of waterproofing systems, roofing, façades, and enclosure technologies
  • Professional licensure as a PE or RA preferred, and/or IIBEC certifications such as RRO, REWC, RBEC highly desirable
