Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operates assigned trucks to pick up, transport, and deliver equipment and materials such as aggregate, hot mix, asphalt, or dirt.
• Secures loads for safe transport in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Works closely with other crew members during pickup and delivery to coordinate work and ensure safety.
• Assists with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Performs pre and post-trip inspections and ensures the truck is clean and in safe working order.
• Completes documentation for inspections, prorate, and other compliance needs.
• Reports to dispatch and One Call System when the truck needs maintenance or repair.
• Maintains orderliness, cleanliness, and safety at the job site.
• Follows Supervisor's instructions closely.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Commercial Drivers License A is preferred (We also have opportunities for CDL Class B drivers, so do not hesitate to apply)
• Previous Dump Truck or Tractor Trailer experience
• Current DOT Health Card
• Understand and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Understand and adhere to the Personal Protection Equipment requirements.
• An unwavering focus on safety.
• OSHA
• Willingness to travel throughout Central and Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and Eastern Dakotas.
• The ability to speak and communicate in English is required

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

• Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch, and sit.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly work extended | overtime hours outdoors and in various weather conditions at all project locations.
• Travel is required.
