Our client, a global e-commerce company, is seeking a Senior Counsel, Corporate & Securities who is an exceptional legal strategist and proactive business partner in Chicago, IL . You will be a key advisor to senior leadership and the Board of Directors, ensuring corporate governance and transactions are executed with precision, speed, and strategic insight.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in securities and capital markets experience (in-house or at a law firm), proven ability to independently manage complex filings and transactions, and strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
