About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Certified Medical Assistant to join our team in Pueblo, CO. This full-time, permanent role offers a unique opportunity to serve our Veterans by combining essential administrative duties with key clinical responsibilities. You'll be a vital part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Support: Greet and check in Veterans, manage appointments, and handle all incoming and outgoing communication.
• Clinical Duties: Perform back-office clinical tasks, including phlebotomy , PFTs , ABIs , and EKGs .
• Administrative Tasks: Handle clerical support, maintain records, manage office supplies, and ensure compliance with all clinic procedures.

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant Certification is required.
• Must have a current BLS certification .
• Strong experience in phlebotomy , PFTs , ABIs , and EKGs .
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and ability to work independently.

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: A competitive hourly rate of $21.00 , with reliable weekly pay .
• Benefits: This is a W2 position with full benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, etc.) available after just one month of employment.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM
