POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a certified pharmacy technician who’s ready to bring their skills and experience into the specialty pharmacy space. As our Pharmacy Liaison, you’ll play a pivotal role as the bridge between patients and pharmacists, taking a hands-on approach to ensure exceptional care.
In this role, your pharmacy background will allow you to support patients with complex therapies while also enabling our clinical teams to deliver outstanding results. You’ll combine customer service excellence with a deep understanding of pharmacy operations, helping reshape the patient experience while contributing directly to the growth and success of our specialty pharmacy—and to the health system’s overall performance.

This position will be located on site at our client partner, Signature Healthcare, founded as Brockton Hospital in 1896, a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system providing a wide range of services to patients of all ages throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. They are comprised of the award-winning Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital, Signature Medical Group (SMG), a multi-specialty physician group of more than 150 physicians practicing in 15 ambulatory locations, and the Brockton Hospital School of Nursing.
