Job Description

This position is responsible for the maintenance and support of existing accounts as well as the development of new business relationships.

We value individuals with excellent time management and strong analytical skills. Success in this role requires a candidate who is inquisitive, meticulous, organized, and adept at working with customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a variety of customer service requests and questions via email and telephone.
  • Collaborating closely with customers and vendors.
  • Developing relationships with existing clients as well as potential new clients.
  • Placing outbound phone calls and managing inbound calls from customers and vendors.
  • Building a positive connection with both existing and new clients.

Qualified candidates must possess:

  • Demonstrated strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication abilities.
  • The capacity to successfully work independently.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective collaboration with co-workers, customers, and vendors in a positive manner.
  • At least 3 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Prefer at least 3 years of experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Experience with QuickBase or other database software a plus.

Position Type/Work Days:

  • This is a full-time position with benefits. Standard workdays are Monday- Friday.
  • Candidates must be able to work independently and be disciplined to work successfully from home if needed.
