Position: Club Server & Bartender

Location: Kihei, HI

Pay: $32.79/hour

Experience: Previous bartending and serving experience is required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Employers Options is seeking a Club Server & Bartender to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Greet, seat, and welcome members; present menus and offer recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, upsell when appropriate, and enter all items into the POS.
• Prepare, request, and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) while following all liquor laws and ID requirements.
• Serve food promptly, assist teammates as needed, and ensure member satisfaction throughout service.
• Clear and reset tables; maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
• Follow all food-handling, safety, sanitation, and company compliance standards.
• Complete opening/closing side work, including setup, restocking, polishing, and station preparation.
• Assist with bar duties such as stocking, inventory, and prepping beverage-related perishables.
• Support special events, comfort stations, and stewarding tasks (including dishwashing) when needed.
• Maintain professionalism with members and coworkers, answer phones properly, and perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Understanding of basic service standards and knowledge of wines and spirits is required.
• Knowledge of Maui sights and the Hawaiian Islands is a plus!
• Basic math skills.
• Effectively work with employees and independently.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional manner.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling member complaints.
