About The Job

• We are looking for someone with full-time or part-time(weekends) availability
• Drive sales through superior customer service, creative selling, and extensive product knowledge
• Cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Continuously learn and train on new furniture and technology improvements
• Ensure customers are informed of order changes.
• Maintain sales floor visual standards throughout the day.
• Maximize customer engagement by prospecting and following up with potential customers.
• Actively promote sales and finance offers to customers.

About You

• Proven experience in commission furniture sales or related field (experience in a commission-based role is a plus).
• Communicating isn’t just a skill, it’s one of your strongest qualities.
• Your drive takes you from 0-60, and helps you exceed performance goals and metrics.
• You want to challenge yourself with our bonus pay in addition to your commission pay.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of different styles, materials, and trends.
