**Community Outreach and Inside Sales Representative**

Seniors for Seniors (a division of Spectrum Health Care) is a non-medical home care agency proudly serving seniors for over 30 years. We recruiting for a Community Outreach & Inside Sales Representative at our Toronto Office.

The Inside Sales Representative is an energetic self-starter that will be accountable for the growth of private duty sales across all Spectrum Health Care Divisions. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven individual who is comfortable working under sales targets that align with the strategic business plan. This person will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and developing relationships with key accounts and stakeholders within the health care sector to cultivate referrals and new business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**

* Achieve sales targets as determined by Spectrums Strategic Business Plan.

* Seek out new business relationships by creating sales appointments and opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media tools and other prospecting techniques.

* Develop sales opportunities and business referrals by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the health care sector

* Monitor and assist in fulfilling sales activity for the outside sales representatives

* Assists the sales team in spreading brand awareness through organizing and participating in lead generation activity including trade shows, community education efforts and marketing campaigns

* Closing new business opportunities by providing the coordination team with relevant details to complete service bookings

* Enter, update, and maintain customer sales data in the corporate CRM system

* Prepare weekly reports of marketing and sales activity to be presented at weekly sales meetings

* Maintaining standards of high quality customer service.

* Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company

* Manage the day to day sales efforts of the organization.

* Adhere to the safe work/risk management policies and procedures of Spectrum Health Care

* Work within the Ethical Practice framework of Spectrum Health Care

* Develop a deep understanding of Spectrums suite of services to engage new and existing clients in sales-oriented conversations

* Other duties as required

**Experience & Qualifications**

* Three to five years of successful sales experience

* Knowledge of healthcare industry and homecare market preferred

* Results-driven and demonstrated ability to meet sales targets

* Experience with the prospecting process and the sales cycle

* Detail orientated and committed to meeting deadlines and achieving results

* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills

* Excellent written and verbal skills, strong computer literacy.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Be self-motivated

* Must have reliable transportation and maintain a valid and current drivers license.
