Construction Project Manager – Tenant Construction

We’re looking for a driven Construction Project Manager with 3+ years of commercial construction experience ready to take on an exciting new challenge in Orange County, CA !
We are a Commercial General Contractor specializing in Interiors and Tenant Construction , with a strong backlog of high-profile projects ahead.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Leadership Team to ensure every project is on schedule, on budget, and exceeds client expectations . From design, permitting, and entitlement processes to estimating, subcontractor coordination, contract management, value engineering, change orders, and RFIs — you’ll be involved in every stage of the project. You’ll also collaborate directly with clients and local city/county officials to make sure each project is delivered flawlessly.
The ideal candidate will own the direction, planning, execution, and financial success of their projects. To thrive in this role, you need strong organization, exceptional time management, and a passion for excellence .
