Customer Solutions Specialist– Elk Grove Village, IL

$50,000 - $60,000/Annually + Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) + Stock Options + PTO + 401K Match

We are currently seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team in Elk Grove Village. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with every interaction.

This position is ideal for someone who excels in customer service within a manufacturing environment and thrives on building strong relationships while managing the order process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Manage the complete customer order lifecycle from order entry to shipment and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor customer forecasts and ensure adherence to pricing, lead times, and finished goods pickup.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production planning, and sales teams to maintain clear communication and smooth workflows.
• Clearly communicate production material requirements and timelines to customers.
• Generate and process pre- and post-production reports for customer-owned materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience required in a corporate environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
