At Kalos, we’re redefining personal training. Based in San Francisco, we’re a data-driven team of coaches leveraging DEXA technology to design, test, and refine fitness routines with precision. We specialize in helping our members achieve measurable results in muscle growth and fat loss through scientifically-backed programming.

What you'll do

As a Kalos Trainer, your role will include:

  • Coaching Members: Working with our members both virtually and in person to guide them through tailored fitness programs.
  • Exercise Programming: Designing custom exercise routines to meet member-specific goals.
  • Interpreting DEXA Scans: Leveraging DEXA scan data to deliver actionable fitness insights and track progress.
  • Data-Driven Fitness: Analyzing fitness data to refine member programs and deliver optimal results.
  • Office Sessions: Meeting members face-to-face in our downtown San Francisco office three times a week.
  • Team Collaboration: Contributing to our mission of setting new standards in the health & fitness industry.

What we're looking for

  • Experience: Proven experience as a personal trainer with a results-driven track record.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work with a diverse range of clients and customize programs to their needs.
  • Data Savvy: Comfort interpreting fitness data and using it to drive programming decisions.
  • Commitment to Excellence: A passion for fitness and delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Physical Excellence: A commitment to maintaining high physical standards for yourself.
  • Location: Must be based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
  • Certifications: NASM, NSCA, or equivalent personal training certifications (desired, but not necessary).
