What You'll Do:

Conduct thorough research related to customer accounts and commissions.
Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
Use Microsoft Office Suite for record-keeping and communication.
Maintain and update customer records with precision.
Address and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts and commissions.
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.
Utilize your computer skills to navigate systems and manage data.
Process and interpret financial notes to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with the team to improve the efficiency of the commissions process.
Use the Network Information System (NIS) for data management and reporting.
What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
Strong research skills to resolve commission-related discrepancies.
Ability to interpret and apply financial notes effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong computer skills for managing databases and processing information.
Experience with commissions is a plus.
Knowledge of the Network Information System (NIS) is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
