  • Partner cross-functionally with E-commerce, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any order fulfillment, billing, or compliance issues.
  • Supervise and support warehouse coordination when necessary to meet dropship SLAs.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify (required) and ApparelMagic (preferred).
  • Experience with Cymbio and Mirakl platforms (required).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Familiarity with WMS, EDI platforms, and working in open warehouse environments is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success managing production, allocating resources, and ensuring order accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment and drop shipping processes.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal teams, vendors, and retail partners professionally.
