Experienced Roofing Sales Representative 
Lifetime Roofing – Baton Rouge, LA 
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time 
Pay: $60,000 – $150,000+ per year (Uncapped commission + bonus opportunities) 
Schedule: Flexible | Monday to Friday | Weekends as needed

This role is perfect for someone who’s driven, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced, boots-on-the-ground environment. You’ll have unrestricted territories, access to shared company trucks, and extensive in-house training to set you up for long-term success.

What You’ll Do 

  • Door-to-door lead generation and canvassing 

  • Perform roof inspections and educate homeowners on damage and solutions 

  • Assist customers through insurance claim process professionally 

  • Attend adjuster appointments and install days 

  • Maintain strong follow-up with homeowners and insurance companies 

  • Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and trust 

  • Stay organized and consistent with CRM and team updates 

Requirements 

  • Reliable vehicle 

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills 

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented 

  • Willingness to door knock and generate your own leads 

Compensation: 

  • $60,000 – $150,000+/year (Uncapped Commission + Bonus Opportunities)
