Title - Field Operations Support Assistant

Shift – Mon to Fri (8:30AM to 5:00PM). with every other weekend Sat-8 AM to 4 PM and Sun-10 AM to 3 PM.

Location – Miami, FL 33167

Summary:

• Field Operations Support Assistant support the smooth running of offices by carrying out clerical tasks and projects.

Responsibility:

• Answer and manage incoming telephone calls, directing clients to the appropriate counselors.
• Handle cash processing and process payments accurately in the system.
• Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support various departments as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with inquiries.
• Adapt quickly to changing tasks, procedures, and priorities.
• Learn and perform duties across multiple administrative areas through training.
• Maintain inventory and ensure counselors have necessary materials for client services.
• Conduct research on customer accounts to ensure all requirements are met for services.
• Support front desk, counselors, administrative team, and management in daily operations.
• Respond to new tasks and challenges efficiently, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
