About Le Chateau:

We are a luxury interiors brand rooted in old-world European design, offering curated antiques and custom furniture through our Atlanta showroom and national delivery. As we expand nationally, we’re hiring a sharp, trustworthy Finance & Admin Coordinator to organize our financial operations and support the team.

Your Role:
  • Track daily expenses, bills, and invoices
  • Prepare weekly cash flow reports for the CEO
  • Handle vendor payments and order-related accounting
  • Help manage delivery and order logs
  • Assist with admin tasks related to showroom operations and inventory
  • Work directly with our CEO and operations lead on a growing team
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years in finance, bookkeeping, admin, or operations
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar software
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through
  • Must be in Atlanta and available to work on-site
Bonus if You Have:
  • Background in interior design, retail, or small business
  • Knowledge of inventory management or operations systems
  • Experience helping streamline back-office workflows
