Job Title: DME Branch Manager

Location: Pueblo, CO

Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic DME Branch Manager to lead operations, grow business, and build lasting relationships with patients, doctors, and referral partners. This role blends leadership, compliance oversight, and consultative selling with a strong focus on patient care and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead branch operations, staff, and financial performance.
• Build relationships with doctors, nurses, and patients to drive referrals.
• Market services and grow the branch’s client base.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Oversee inventory, suppliers, and equipment readiness.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years in DME, healthcare, or consultative sales.
• Strong patient and provider engagement skills.
• Proven success in referrals, marketing, and business growth.
• Knowledge of DME products, regulations, and insurance billing.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational excellence.
