We are seeking a Graphic Designer who will play a crucial role in shaping our visual content and enhancing our brand presence. You will work closely with our creative team to edit and produce engaging content including videos for various platforms, ensuring they are of the highest quality and align with our brand's style and message.

Salary: Up to $60K per year, plus a 20% performance-based bonus

Location: On-site, 5 days a week, at our vibrant Downtown Miami office

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble creative assets into polished graphic or video content, including but not limited to promotional videos, product demos, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and deliver content that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current industry trends and best practices in design editing and post-production.
  • Enhance video and audio quality, add special effects, and incorporate motion graphics as needed.
  • Manage and organize creative assets, maintaining a structured and accessible digital library.
  • Ensure all creative content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.
  • Work with various software and tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing software, to achieve desired results.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve video quality and production efficiency.
  • Ability to work creatively and collaboratively within a team, integrating AI-powered processes seamlessly.
  • Willingness to explore and use AI-enhanced tools for tools for increased output velocity while maintaining quality requirements.

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of video codecs, formats, and exporting procedures.
  • Ability to work creatively and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
  • Experience with color correction and audio editing is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
