Faith Academy of Bellville provides a quality, Christian education within a loving and structured environment for students ranging from 12 months old through their senior year of high school. With a core mission centered on a Bible-based education, the staff and faculty are dedicated to preparing students for real-life experiences by fostering their personal relationship with God. The school cultivates a distinct family atmosphere, focusing on helping students identify their God-given talents and overcome challenges. About the Head of School
The Head of School is a key leadership role responsible for the overall administration, operation, and growth of a private Christian PreK-12 school. This position requires a strong commitment to Christian values, educational leadership, and the ability to foster a Christ-centered learning environment. The Head of School will oversee academic programs, faculty and staff management, financial operations, and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission and values.
At Faith Academy, the structure of authority includes an administrative team, the PIllars, that direct various areas of the day to day operations of the school. This group of servant leaders is led by the Head of School. The group maintains the “load bearing” principles of Faith Academy and ensures all decisions for the school’s operations are in line with the mission statement, the statement of faith, and the foundational principles established by the school’s founder, Mrs. Merlene Byler.
